Subject bug with ejbjar with ejb-ref
Date Sat, 11 Nov 2000 00:35:06 GMT
Hi,

I know that a bug with ejbjar with ejb-ref's has been reported, though I am
not sure if it is the same one that I am seeing:

BUILD FAILED

M:\re_coreMsdw_V1\coreMsdw\build_main.xml:1766: IOException while processing
ejb -jar file 'C:\deploy_root\beans\accountsummaryFacade-generic.jar'.
Details:
C:\build_classes\com\msdw\online\model\factory\subaccount\AccountFactory.cla
ss (The system cannot find the file specified)
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
C:\build_classes\com\msdw\online\model\factory\subaccount\AccountFactory.cla
ss (The system cannot find the file specified)

While the ejb-xml file has the following:

	<ejb-ref>
	  <description></description>
	  <ejb-ref-name>ejb/SubAccountFactoryHome</ejb-ref-name>
	  <ejb-ref-type>Session</ejb-ref-type>

<home>com.msdw.online.model.factory.subaccount.SubAccountFactoryHome</home>

<remote>com.msdw.online.model.factory.subaccount.SubAccountFactory</remote>
     </ejb-ref>
     <ejb-ref>
	  <description></description>
	  <ejb-ref-name>ejb/AccountFactoryHome</ejb-ref-name>
	  <ejb-ref-type>Session</ejb-ref-type>

<home>com.msdw.online.model.factory.account.AccountFactoryHome</home>

<remote>com.msdw.online.model.factory.account.AccountFactory</remote>
	</ejb-ref>

ejbjar seems to be getting confused. It is looking for AccountFactory in
the subaccount directory instead of the account directory. I am using Ant
version 1.2 compiled on October 24 2000.

Thanks,
Mike
