you have one required attribute(descriptors) missing.

Examples
<ddcreator descriptors="${dd.dir}"
           dest="${gen.classes}"
           classpath="${descriptorbuild.classpath}">
  <include name="*.txt" />
</ddcreator>

includes is not an attribute.
For more information, go to docs\ejb.html where you installed Ant.
