<target name="procedure">
  <task argument="${param}" />
</target>

<target>
  <ant dir="." antfile="${ant.file}" target="procedure">
    <property name="param" value="val1">
  </ant>
  <ant dir="." antfile="${ant.file}" target="procedure">
    <property name="param" value="val2">
  </ant>
</target>

Something like that?

Alternatively you can use scripting (Ant's <script> task) or create a
build file by XSLT or other means, that holds a target for each
variation you need.
