The executable attribute should be used to hold the name of the program
and nothing else, so when you say executable="cmd /c dir" Windows will
try to launch a program with that name.

As it is legal to have spaces in the name of an executable (especially
in the path to it execute="c:\Program Files\...") and/or the
arguments to a program, we've deprecated the old command attribute in
favor of executable and nested arg elements which let the user
separate them clearly.
