The flatten attribute is definitely new to 1.2

             dest="${destiny}"
             flatten="true">
      <include name="*.txt"/>
    </copydir>

Don't know for sure whether "flatten" was available in 1.1, or if it's
only in the latest from CVS.

P.S. I love the idea of a "destiny" directory... :)
