Try something like

         <javac
                         srcdir="src"
                         destdir="${dest.classes}"
                         debug="on"
                         deprecation="on">
             <classpath>
               <pathelement path="${classpath}" />
               <fileset dir="lib">
                 <include name="**/*.jar" />
               </fileset>
             </classpath>
         </javac>
