Doesn't work, with my build file and doesn't work with the Ant1.2alpha
buildfile.
Maybe the problem appears only with builtin properties that get
a default value at startup.

This works.

To make this change permanent, set the
> environment variable ANT_OPTS to -Dbuild.compiler=jikes.
