With sun's parser I get the following with file://../build.template

        at java.net.InetAddress.getAllByName0(InetAddress.java:571)
        at java.net.InetAddress.getAllByName0(InetAddress.java:540)
        at java.net.InetAddress.getByName(InetAddress.java:449)
        at java.net.Socket.<init>(Socket.java:100)
        at sun.net.NetworkClient.doConnect(NetworkClient.java:50)
        at sun.net.NetworkClient.openServer(NetworkClient.java:38)
        at sun.net.ftp.FtpClient.openServer(FtpClient.java:267)
        at sun.net.ftp.FtpClient.<init>(FtpClient.java:381)

with file:/// I get:

BUILD FAILED

File "build.xml" not found

but it works fine with file:../build.template

Using the xerces parser I get the following with file:///../build.template

BUILD FAILED

build.xml: File "file:///../build.template" not found.

with file://../../build.template I get the same exception above.

Once again it works fine with "file:../../build/template".

At least it is consistent between parsers...
