Ivy doesn't go to the origin if I change the location of my filesystem resolver
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IVY-1331
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-1331
             Project: Ivy
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 2.2.0
         Environment: MacOS 10.6.8
            Reporter: Larry Edelstein

Ivy gives me the cached version of a dependency when I change the pattern attribute for the
artifact inside a filesystem resolver, instead of going to the new location and fetching it
from there. I've specified, on my resolver, a cache, and also I've specified that cache with
useOrigin. If I point the artifact pattern back to its original location, and update the file
there, then Ivy retrieves the new version of that file.
