Adding access="private" attribute to <javadoc> tasks barfs:
[javadoc] javadoc: error - More than one of -public, -private, -package, or
-protected specified.

Adding Private="Private" exits normally, but it does not seem to be working.

Running ``ant -version'' reads:
Apache Ant(TM) version 1.8.2 compiled on December 20 2010

I tried with the following java version:
 * java version "1.6.0_27"
   Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_27-b07)
   Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.2-b06, mixed mode, sharing)
 * java version "1.7.0"
   Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0-b147)
   Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 21.0-b17, mixed mode)
