             Bug #: 51377
Summary: Ant uses non-standard date/time literals
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.8.2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: notifications@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: emergency.shower@gmail.com
    Classification: Unclassified

E.g according to the documentation the touch task uses the rather obscure
formats

 MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM_or_PM

or

 MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM_or_PM

Standard ISO formats would be unambiguous, better to understand and memorize,
e.g.

 yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

or

 yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'
