ParseException when a dependency follows a global exclude in ivy.xml
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IVY-1303
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-1303
             Project: Ivy
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
         Environment: WinXP
            Reporter: Chris Birchall
            Priority: Minor

In the <dependencies> section of ivy.xml I have a number of <dependency> elements
and one <exlude> element. If I do not put the <exclude> right at the end of the
section, the Ant ivy:resolve task throws a ParseException (see attached stack trace).

I will attach simple examples of ok and failing ivy.xml files.

This seems like a bug to me, but even if it is expected behaviour, at least a note in the
manual would be nice.
