Single sign on conflict with IvyAuthonticator

                 Key: IVY-1226
             Project: Ivy
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
         Environment: Linux / Windows
            Reporter: Alexey Kuznetsov

For all http reqeuests ivy uses IvyAuthanticator class to catch all authancation requests.

That is correct until system is specialy configured to have single sign on feature. I got
this error on my Debian sqeeuze box, and other users report about windows machines.

Here some forum links:

"In fact, if you are running on a Windows machine as a domain user, or, you are running on
a Linux or Solaris machine that has already issued the kinit command and got the credential
cache. The class MyAuthenticator will be completely ignored, and the output will be simply"

"Hey, did you figure out that why getPasswordAuthentication does not get called on Unix? I'm
facing same issue. I have observed that MyAuthenticator::getPasswordAuthentication() is getting
called on my windows workstation but not on UNIX. any help would highly be appreciated!! "

Probaby using credentials in settings file is not so good idea, or better to switch to Java
Network security package instead Authonticator.

SSLContext sc = SSLContext.getInstance("SSL");
sc.init(keyManager, trustManager, new SecureRandom());
this.oldFactory = HttpsURLConnection.getDefaultSSLSocketFactory();

I'm still under development on this issue, but maybe you can help me and i get it faster.
