If you have a copy task that copies from a URL where the server is down or does
not exist a java.net.UnknownHostException, or a java.net.ConnectException will
be thrown.

Even though these exceptions are thrown and failonerror="true" in the copy
task, the build will continue on.

Now lets say the URL is valid and the file doesn't exist on the server.  A
filenot found exception will be thrown and the build will fail as it should.

This looks like a bug to me?
