Resolve in workspace is triggering to much workspace build

the resolve-in-workspace feature is triggering too much build of the workspace. This is probably due to IvyDE which is launching resolve sequentially rather than in batch. In batch just like the resolve-all button does. And this technic should be apply everywhere in IvyDE, also at Eclipse startup.
