cache with useOrigin="true" fails after deleting from the repo
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IVY-1046
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-1046
             Project: Ivy
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Daniel Dekany
            Priority: Minor

If I cache a repository with useOrigin="true", then if the entry that the cache points to
is deleted, Ivy will fail with some fatal error. I understand that the deletion effectively
corrupted the cache, and that's why it happens, but... if useOrigin="false", then in the same
situation it should just delete the cache entry anyway. So if useOrigin="true", it should
do the same safely, instead of broking.
