------------------------------------------------------------

FYI, I've tried the following within IntelliJ IDEA and it works (both validation and auto-completion)

{code:xml}
<ivy-module version="2.0"
            xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
            xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ant/ivy/core/trunk/src/java/org/apache/ivy/plugins/parser/xml/ivy.xsd">
...
</ivy-module>
{code}

So my guess is that if the auto-completion doesn't work in Eclipse, it's an Eclipse bug and
not a problem with the (new) ivy.xsd

on root node in ivy.xsd ?
