Yes, you can use {{${ivy.basedir}}}. But I don't think we can close this issue yet, the {{basedir}}
property should be set. And the remaining question is where it should be set. In IvyDE, or
in Ivy on the call of {{IvySetting#setBaseDir(File)}} ?
