An incorrect configuration of a container make 3 error popup

If there is an issue with the ivy.xml of the ivysettings file, entering in the configuration panel of a container makes 3 popups about the same error.
Actually entering in the configuration panel should show no popup at all, as the error should be sowehow be fixed in that panel.
