The only place is in the patterns, in settings files. But when you use this spelling in settings files, you lose code completion on organizations and modules in IvyDE. The best way to support it properly IMO would be to have only one token ([organization] for instance), but replace [organisation] by [organization] in the pattern itself whenever a replace method is called.
