I think the issue may be partly down to character encodings. The build.xml file
is in the Chinese GB2312 encoding. The filesystem looks as if it may also be in
the same encoding.

In addition to checking what File.list() displays, I would suggest verifying
that the JDK javac command can handle that filename.
