Finally the bug has been resolved invalid :

bq. JavaSearchScopeFactory is in package 'org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.search' and, as the
package says, internal API. Internal APis can change any time, only public API is guaranteed
to stay compatible.

it seems that this eclipse class is an undocumented feature too ;)
