1. we could provide a hint in the taskdef error (run ant -diagnostics), as well
as more details on classpaths.

2. RPM-based installation is trouble. I'm not going to say its a bad thing,
because what things like yast, yum and apt-get bring to the table is the ability
to pump out updates to thousands of machines from one server. Its just very much
at odds with the java way of thinking. alternatively, the java way of thinking
is out of touch with some world views of configuration management.

-It may be something classloader related
-It may be the file exists (and is on the CP) but isnt readable. We could check
in -diagnostics by doing a File.isReadable() on every JAR, flagging those that
arent actually legit
