Done.

The workspace space actually seems to be working fine now, see the bug I
opened then closed after I could not reproduce it.

Not having a project-level ivy settings was still causing an NPE, per
IVYDE-220.

Thanks for the IvyDE work, the variable stuff in trunk looks great.
