Hmmm. I didn't realize that that was part of it...Maybe a better
organization of that paragraph is order because I interpreted the first line
as a choice given the 'if' on the second line.  I am sure I won't be the
first one.

Excellent, thanks for your help. Now I still got a problem but it's easyb's
issue I think.  Unless you may believe that this is an ivy problem...

Cause: The name is undefined.
Action: Check the spelling.

Action: Check that any <presetdef>/<macrodef> declarations have taken place.
