I've had "duplicate" warnings coming out of ivyDE now and again (usually on startup). However, it's only happened a couple of times and if you right click on the Ivy Container and "resolve" again, it seems t= o fix it (for me at least). If it happens to be again, I'll see if I can determine whether it's a similar problem to the one Bhatia is having.
