Is the filename hardcoded in the ivyde repository then?
I used a different filename.

I think that you don't have ivy installed in Eclipse too, Erik.
ant install-ivy won't solve you issue thought, as it will install the beta2. I 
will take time to improve that task so it can support some "lastest-dev" 
versions.
You have to copy the ivy RC1 jar manually to:
D:\java-apps\eclipse-RCP-3.4.1.RC2\plugins\org.apache.ivy_cr1.jar
