           Summary: apt-task: fork will always be false.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Barthel.Steckemetz@ifb-group.com

The following two bugfixes

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32099
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33882

produced the wrong result. At the moment fork is always false.
Reason is:
the constructor looks like:
    public Apt() {
        super();
        super.setCompiler(AptExternalCompilerAdapter.class.getName());
        setFork(true);
    }

But the setFork-Method was overwritten with:

    public void setFork(boolean fork) {
        if (!fork) {
            log(WARNING_IGNORING_FORK, Project.MSG_WARN);
        }
    }

Proposed solution is a constructor like:

    public Apt() {
        super();
        super.setCompiler(AptExternalCompilerAdapter.class.getName());
        super.setFork(true);
    }
