I'm against this.

-Ws-* is a complete mess that we don't want to encourage any more of. That said,
 including proper WSDL instead of relying on inferring the service API from the
Java can only be a good thing

-<zipfileset  prefix="WEB-INF/wsdl" /> is not that hard

-If it were to be added, we'd need new tests and docs

I'm not going to -1 the change, just not going do any of the work myself. If you
really want this, please provide patches and new (Antunit) tests
