Ant ignore xmlns "ant:current" in scriptdef's nested element types when defines 
script in antlib. As Peter Reilly said in Ant User List:

> so some plumbing needs to be put in place in ant-core to
> support it.


Possible solution might be substitution of type="ant:current:elem" to 
type="antlib:<antlib-package>:elem" during parsing time.
