There already is an option to change the output of the translation to your
likings, by using the styledir attribute, it would need to have a stylesheet
that will produce output to your requirements, called junit-frames.xsl or
junit-noframes.xml (depending on the chosen format.)

an xsl file you could adapt to your needs could be extracted from ant-junit.jar

Please note that removing the id from the name will lead to clashes when tests
are run multiple times. (see bugreport 32745)
