The proposed logger should handle parallel execution of tasks fine, except that
you may not be able to associate times with specific tasks, but I think that is
a general problem with Ant and output of parallel tasks?

The principal concern in the mailing list discussion was about modifying the
DefaultLogger, but this wouldn't preclude having a separate logger that can be
used when you want to do some simple profiling.
