           Summary: xmlproperty evaluates attributes in alpha order, not
                    file order
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevel@apache.org

(Test is in xmlproperty-test.xml)

Take an XML file,
<root-tag>
  <app
      p="${app.n}"
      n="n"
      o="${app.n}"
      m="${app.n}"/>
</root-tag>

Evaluate within xmlproperty

    <xmlproperty
        file="xmlproperty.inline-expansion.xml"
        collapseAttributes="true"
        keepRoot="false"
        semanticAttributes="true"/>
    <echo>

You'd expect the attrs to be expanded in order of the file, but they are
expanded in alphabetical order; m is unexpanded; p is.

load:
     [echo]
     [echo]  element      expected    actual
     [echo]     p         ${app.n}    n
     [echo]     n            n        n
     [echo]     o            n        n
     [echo]     m            n        ${app.n}
     [echo]
