We have that already, Kev and you added the necessary stuff to the
common build file.

In a subdirectory of ant or a sibbling directory?  One directory per
antlib?

There is one that publishes to the repository and one for snapshots
AFAIR.

While I didn't sign the RC I put up for a vote last week, I'd
certainly sign the beta.
