           Summary: EchoProperties fails when prefix attribute is empty
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rambiusparkisanius@yahoo.com

I tried to execute the following ant script:

<project>
    <property name="prefix" value=""/>
    <echo>$${prefix} is ${prefix}</echo>
    <!-- Dumps all properties starting with the prefix -->
    <echoproperties prefix="${prefix}"/>
</project>

Technically speaking, the empty string is a prefix for every string and I
expected that all properties will be echoed. Instead, the build failed with the
following error:

Invalid attribute: prefix

I patched the task to dump all properties when the prefix is the empty string
and I am attaching the patch.
