I dont like the warning message, as it would annoy people after a very short
period of time. People dont like products that tell them off. If I wanted that,
I'd still run win98.

the -diagnostics routine could do more, though I fear it is already overdetailed.

What we could consider is this: how to move Ant from a CLASSPATH on to a
-noclasspath world? Is it ever possible? And if so, how to do the transition in
a seamless manner.
