Summary: [junitreport] fails on CM Synergy/Continuus checkout
                    filepaths
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows 2000
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: eduard.rindt@seznam.cz

Hello,

I have faced a problem with building a JUnit report within a directory tree,
which has a '#' character in its path. This happens for all versions of ANT I
have tried: 1.5.4, 1.6.2 and 1.6.5.

Unfortunately, the CM Synergy (formerly Continuus) uses exactly such trouble-
making names for checkout trees and hence avoiding the trouble needs quite an
effort (if even possible).

A short dive to the code exposes that the XMLResultAggregator tries to convert
a (source) file path onto a would-be URI just by adding a "file:///" prefix.
However, the '#' is a reserved URI character and it cannot appear it an URI
path. In turn, everything of the file path behind the cross-hatch gets cut off.

An example of a failing source file path:
D:\ert\workspaces\CCM\mmsc\pra_mms_src01
\mmh#mmm1#1~pmm1#ert\mmh\reports\test\xml\TEST-mmh.UtilTest.xml
I can provide more detailed log-file etc., but I don't think it will show
anything useful. If you want it anyway, just let me know.

regards,
Eduard Rindt
