How do you like this

xmlns:foo="antlib:file:///some/absolute/file.name"
xmlns:foo="antlib:file:some/relative/file.name"
xmlns:foo="antlib:http://example.org/2005/yes#I_can_use_a_catalog_resolver"
xmlns:foo="antlib:resource:/org/apache/ant/antunit/antlib.xml"

the last one being the verbise version of

xmlns:foo="antlib:org.apache.ant.antunit
