Summary: style task with cvschangelog not escaping '&' characters
                    in entry / file / name elements
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 2000
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bgn6bc802@sneakemail.com

I have a directory name on Windows with spaces, a '&' character, a '%'
character, and a ',' character in the name (don't ask, I didn't create it).

The entry in the changelog xml file looks like:

  <date>2005-05-03</date>
  15:33

username

  <file>

    <revision>1.3</revision>
    <prevrevision>1.2</prevrevision>
  </file>

The XSL stylesheet processor complains about the '&' character. There should
probably be appropriate character escaping somewhere.
