Summary: python script only warns if the launcher jar isnt where
                    it is meant to be
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: Wrapper scripts
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: stevel@apache.org

I dont know if this is deliberate or not, but the runant.py script only prints a
message when the launcher.jar isnt found,

I suppose if the JAR is on the classpath you dont care the launcher is missing,
but it seems to me if you cant find the launcher, you shouldnt try executing the
command.

Also, the message doesnt appear until after the java program finishes; think we
need a call to sys.stdout.flush() just before the os.system() call.
