ANT_ARGS are specified as being command line arguments, so the treatment of this
argument is indeed as if would have been specified on the command line. And
indeed under cygwin the \ will escape the next character.

There is no possibility work around this, and it is also doubtful whether it is
desirable to work around this, as in that case the ANT_ARGS do not behave like
command line arguments anymore.

Please define ANT_ARGS as -lib "C:\ProgramFiles\junit3.8.1\junit.jar" if you
want the same option to work under both windows and cygwin
