           Summary: Tar task - username/uid settings are not carried over
                    into prefix parameter
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: wlovins@interland.com

If a prefix is used in the tar task to prepend the file path and the username
field is used, the username is not carried over into the prefix entries.

For example:
<tar destfile="/usr/src/test.tar.gz" longfile="gnu" compression="gzip">
  <tarfileset dir="/etc" uid="500" gid="500" mode="444"
            dirmode="755" prefix="my/testing/directory">
    <include name="**"/>
  </tarfileset>
</tar>

would create a tar file containing "my/testing/directory/etc"
which is correct, and etc would have the permissions I've set, but the
directories my, testing, and directory are owned by root and not uid 500, as
they should be. This breaks with both username and uid (as well as group/gid).
