The documentation in Apache site states that:

"By default, the value of the property is set to true if the timestamp of the 
target file(s) is more recent than the timestamp of the corresponding source 
file(s)."

However, in the single file example you say:

>   <uptodate property="isUpToDate"
>            srcfile="/usr/local/bin/testit"
>            targetfile="${build}/.flagfile"/>

> sets the property isUpToDate to true if /usr/local/bin/testit 
> is newer than ${build}/.flagfile.

I think that these two statements are contradictory to each other. Shouldn't 
isUpToDate be set to true if ${build}/.flagfile is newer 
than /usr/local/bin/testit and not the other way around?
