Hi

The following build.xml returns the correct values for me using the latest ant
1.6 and the "head" version for 1.7, on both windows and linux.

<project name="test" default="test" basedir=".">
 <property name="GREG.JAVAC.EXCLUDED.FILES" value="TEST"/>
 <target name="test">
    <echo>
            ${GREG.JAVAC.EXCLUDED.FILES}
    </echo>
    </target>

</project>

have you tried to reproduce the problem using another property name?
What is the command line you used.
What are the contents of build / property files you used?
