The reason for the -inputhandler option is to let containers (like guis handle
this), so that you can have IDEs with input dialogs. I dont want to break this.

A password flag that looked for a handler that implemented a new extended
handler and used its inputNoEcho() call if present, fell back to the existing
interface would work.
