My jvmarg value looks something like:

<jvmarg value="-Xdebug
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,suspend=n,server=y,address=20501"/>

Do I have to put these as two seperate arguments?  According to the command line
documentation it looks like I should be able to use them as a single argument as
seen below:

  <arg value="-l -a"/>
is a single command-line argument containing a space character.
