Which leads back to my assertion that nested filesets don't do that much good
while filesets with no basedir are more "correct" and, IMO, don't represent much
of a BC risk because:
1) ordinarily a user will use "new File(afs.getDir(Project), s) where s is a
filename relative to the File returned from getDir() and the File parameter can
be null
2) it is not documented in afs.setDir() or afs.getDir() that the directory will
not be null.
