patch to Reference and unit test

Hi Antoine, your patch is a bit too extreme and not backward compible.
I think that all that needs to be done is to change
Reference#getReferencedObject(Project) to use the project in the
reference (if present) and not the project in the parameter.
I have attached a patch with the changes to Reference and the
unit test.
