This is the case.
The question is should the task support the attribute ?
I see that vssget, vsscheckin and vssadd do support the attribute.
all by doing:
    public final void setWritable(boolean writable) {
        super.setInternalWritable(writable);
    }
So was this left off the vsscheckout task by error or on purpose?
