[RFE][Patch] errorproperty attribute to <subant> task

Summary: [RFE][Patch] errorproperty attribute to <subant> task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rockclimberred@yahoo.com

Set's the specified property to "true" in the event of an error building a
sub-project. Modeled after same attribute in the junit task.

This allows me to to set failonerror="false" and complete the build, yet display
a final warning message. Otherwise, with numerous subant calls, error messages
from failed sub-projects can easily be lost in the output.
